![]() I have TWO FREE GIFTS for you How I got the idea for Priced Right Consumer Electronics I wanted to do an expose documentary about the atrocious conditions in the shelter system which is supposed to provide temporary shelter to people who have no other place to live. Because the people who run the shelters are well aware of the deplorable conditions into which they seek to force people without housing, absolutely none of them were willing to co-operate by allowing me to video the conditions in their facilities, so I decided to go incognito to a number of shelters and represent myself as a homeless person seeking shelter. In order to document what I experienced there I needed a video camera that was inconspicuous enough that I could film surreptitiously. I checked around and was able to purchase a small video camera that is disguised as a pen. I was shocked to learn that the price was $299.99 plus tax, but the project depended on having such a tool, so I purchased it. I am extremely happy with the camera as it takes excellent quality, (for its size) video with sound and I will soon be starting the documentary. Even though I am pleased with the camera, I am not pleased with the price and I continued to look for better deals. After doing extensive research, I was able to locate a supplier in China who could provide me with the same camera at a fraction of the price I paid. It was so much lower in price that I realized that I could sell it for far less than the price I paid and still make a good profit. I checked the supplier’s product line and found there was a whole range of consumer electronics that I could purchase at prices so low that I could make a reasonable profit by selling them and still be able to price them far below the prevalent market rates. AN IDEA WAS BORN! I contacted the supplier and made arrangements with them to supply me with wholesale products that I would sell here. I registered a new website, Priced Right Consumer Electronics and now I’m asking for your advice. I need to decide what kinds of products I should offer on the site so please help me out by taking the survey at survey. |
